Privacy and Cookie Policy

This website does not use cookies — neither our own nor third-party. We use no visitor statistics, analytics tools, advertising pixels or similar tracking technology. That is also why we do not ask you to consent to cookies.

When you visit the website, our web server automatically records a log file containing, among other things, your IP address, the time of the request, the page retrieved, and information about your browser and operating system. The information is used solely to ensure stable operation and to protect against misuse and attacks. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The log files are deleted automatically after 90 days and are not combined with other information.

If you write or call us, we process the information you give us yourself — typically name, e-mail address, telephone number, company and the content of your enquiry. We use it to answer the enquiry and for any subsequent dialogue about our products and services. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We keep the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the customer relationship, and delete it afterwards.

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. We use suppliers for hosting and e-mail who process information on our behalf under a data processing agreement. The information is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.

The website contains links to our customers' portals and to external documentation. We are not responsible for the content of, or the data processing on, those websites, and our privacy policy does not apply to them.

You have the right to obtain access to the information we process about you, and to have inaccurate information corrected. In certain cases you can have information erased, have the processing restricted, object to the processing, or receive your information in a commonly used format. Write to info@attention.dk if you wish to exercise your rights.

We may update this policy if the way we process personal data changes.
